Hip and Knee Classes

Hip and Knee classes led by Licensed Physiotherapist and Pilates certified instructor, Denise
 
Mondays 12 – 12:45 and Thurs 12:30-1:15

Hip Class:  Bring a water bottle and motivation!  You will learn many things, including review of hip precautionsankle range of motion, and more!

Knee Class:  Bring a water bottle, small towel, blue gel ice pack (a lunch-size mini cooler works well for transportation) , TENS unit (if you have one) and motivation!  You will learn many things, including ankle range of motion, knee flexion in sitting, self-assisted, standing knee flexion and more!
 
No previous experience required. All classes modified. Beginner level. You can drop in or use your class pass.
