These are the 3 main pieces of the large apparatus that were all originally designed by Joseph Pilates himself and that make up our full-service studio. You can work out on them in the class setting or private personal training setting. We have lots of classes at various levels so click here. If you are new to Pilates, you must have 3 private Fitness Pilates orientation lessons (uninjured ) or 5 private Therapeutic Pilates orientation lessons (injured or referred by your doctor or physio). If you are not new to Pilates, you can pick any class as your level or connect with us to book a private workout!
