I have been an MFC leader for over 20 years, a Stott Pilates Instructor for 12 years, and I previously trained to obtain my second Purple Belt in Traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate. I draw experience from leading hi/lo, step, group cycling, Kick-box, sports conditioning, balance training, TRX conditioning, as well as Body bliss fusion, & yoga style classes. Holding a Masters degree in Molecular Biology, my understanding of the body and how it functions translates into my unique designs of class programs. An avid runner and weight lifter, I enjoy the benefits of healthy living and I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and dreams!
