Linda is a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and has experience and knowledge in Pilates, anatomy, and movement. She has been very successful in helping her students to improve their posture, strength, flexibility and balance. Linda started Pilates as she was training to become a professional dancer and ever since Pilates has been an important part of her life. She teaches group classes for reformer, and mat as well as teaching privately and semi privately to regular clientelle.
