Learn a powerful practice that can unlock better muscle timing, joint stability, and relief from neck, hip, and low back pain using performance-boosting NeuroStrength techniques. A great complement to your strength training sessions or for general toning. You will need the MELT roller and ball kits or in a pinch a rolled up yoga mat and your thumbs in place of the ball kit.
The moves look like gym exercises but you only do 4 reps after you learn how to tap into the proper neural pathway to keep the stability signal on. You are restoring the timing to the nervous system.
