All funds raised goes to MDAM. All classes are 60 min, all bodies and beginner friendly. Sign up to avoid missing out. Space is limited. MELT Hand & Food Master Class

If you own a MELT ball kit and would you like more clarity in the practice this is the class for you. If you’re curious about the answers to the following questions this is the class for you. How do you determine when you’re ready to work with the firm balls? When should you not use the firm balls? What do the 14 different MELT ball sequences do? Have you done the forearm sequences? Do you there’s a sequence for shin splints? Ruth is looking forward to breaking down the work with the balls for you and answering any questions you have about your personal MELT practice.
