The Reformer classes are held at 836A Corydon, with assigned parking in the rear of the building. You can also park on Corydon and enter through the glass front door.

Please come ready to work out in bare feet. Bring water to stay hydrated. No need for mats or fancy footwear.

There is no change room available, so please come ready to work out.

No, we don’t have membership fees or minimum class requirements. However, all new clients need at least one Safe Start private lesson. If you’re injured or have specific needs, you might require more than one. If you’ve used a Reformer before and aren’t injured, you can join a group class. Make sure you know how to set up springs and put your feet in straps. If not, book a Safe Start private lesson or call Annabel at 204.999.9984.

  • Essential/Intro/Beginner: For those new to Reformer Pilates.
  • Essential/Intermediate Level 2: You can hold a long lever without straining joints. –
  • Intermediate Level 3 and above: For more advanced practitioners.
 

 

Book your session in advance and arrive on time. Be open-minded and curious about the benefits of Pilates. It’s not just physical training but also mental training.

All services are pre-paid and non-refundable. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please cancel online at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Yes, even if you’re injured or have a sore back, attending class can help with recovery.
