We are Lead Trainers, a Host Studio and an  Apprenticeship Program for Evolve Your Studio,  one of the largest certifying bodies in  Pilates.  This is the work closest to Joseph Pilates’ original work called Contrology. We are also trained in STOTT Pilates. So, we can speak to both schools,  their different uses and focuses.  You have lifetime access to the library and all the trainings online, at any time you want to study.  You train in-person with  real life,  real-body  training on real people in our Winnipeg studio
