Anna is an experienced instructor and trainer in the field of Pilates, Yoga and Healthy Nutrition. She completed her first Pilates and Yoga training in 2003. A healthy lifestyle and everything that comes with it is of great importance to Anna. She never stops learning because she believes there is no limit to it.
She says that her lifestyle and love for it have brought her the opportunity, and therefore the joy and deep meaning of life, to share her knowledge and experience with her students and the people around her. Motivating, through an individual approach and attentive attitude, in achieving harmony: body, spirit and mind.
Anna has completed many certified trainings in many schools around the world. She is certified by the International Pilates and Yoga Association. The training she completed is aimed at: all types of Pilates and all levels, several types of Yoga, Prenatal / Postnatal Pilates and Yoga (pregnancy), Pilates and Yoga therapy, anti-gravity yoga, salsa and ballroom dance teacher, reiki, completed the training as a Raw Vegan plant-based chef certified by Matthew Kenney Cuisine School in Los Angeles.
Anna owned a leading fitness club in Istanbul, taught group and individual classes for all ages with different preferences and health pathologies; thematic master classes: Pilates, Yoga, Sports, Healthy Nutrition in different directions; 21-28 day marathons aimed at losing weight and transforming oneself with visible results. She trained instructors in Pilates and Yoga; hosted her own TV program “Live a healthy life with Anna Yasa”, where are explained the correctness of exercises and shared raw vegan healthy recipes. Created and did for clients her own detox programs aimed at improving health the body as a whole. Created her own signature and specialized live chocolate for those who can’t eat sweets because of health problems or who are following a diet.
Since 2011 founded her healthy lifestyle centre in Istanbul, where till 2024 (13 years) used and continued to developed all her skills.
Anna combines traditional techniques with modern techniques, paying attention to the correct execution of exercises with individual approach. In free time, Anna lives her life-style practices everyday, engages in self-development, and takes time to charity and with family.
