Irene developed her passion for Pilates during her many years of professional ballet training. As a recent graduate from the Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s Aspirant program, she has had first hand experience in understanding the numerous benefits that Pilates can give to individuals. By including Pilates into her weekly routine she has felt stronger and more confident both on stage and off. She first began studying the technique while a student in Vancouver’s Goh Ballet Academy. Ever since her introduction she has utilized the practice throughout her years of dancing in Europe, the United States, and Canada.
