From Pilates student to Pilates instructor, I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful this practice can be—not just in the studio, but in every part of life. I’ve been active in fitness my whole life, starting as a young dancer and later working as a personal trainer. But it was Pilates that truly connected the dots for me, teaching me a philosophy I could apply in my personal, professional, and fitness journey.
With a career background in IT, I understand the toll office work can take on the body. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and experience that “aha” moment when it all clicks—the moment you discover the mind-body connection and realize its impact goes far beyond physical movement.
