Our 8th annual MELT in Maui/ Pilates in Paradise Retreat is Feb 17-24, 2025. 

 

We have 4 days of workshops, Feb 20-23, 2025 including MELT, Pilates, Yoga-Pilates Fusion, Breathwork, and intenSati.  You can enjoy just one, or all 9 or any combo you want to enjoy! Stay in the Villas by the Cove with us! The workshops take place in the adorable studio onsite! Afterwards, lots to see and explore on Maui or just relax on the beach or poolside! I do breathing, MELT magic and meditations on the beach to lull you to sleep too! This is a special retreat! Deposits due soon. Shared accommodations in a beautiful condo, with full kitchen and laundry. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is one bedroom for someone who does not want to share too! (that gets scooped up fast so let me know!)
